Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Glow Energy, acquired by Ivy Energy in 2024. Earlier, Greg co-founded a proptech startup that led to his role at Airbnb, where he helped reaccelerate host growth and later served as Head of Home Experience, Luxe.

Ross is the co-founder and CTO of Glow Energy. Ross was previously a lead data engineer and engineering manager who helped scale engineering teams at YC and VC-backed startups like Dia&Co and Upkeep.
