Cleon is building an AI-native software implementation platform to speed up customer onboarding, beginning with a focus on ingesting complex Excel files with agentic AI. B2B SaaS companies have millions of dollars of contracted revenue sitting behind implementations. Cleon handles everything from the big picture (generating requirements and aligning stakeholders) to the details (data cleaning and schema mapping). The team consists of Alexandros (ex-athlete in rowing and engineer at a proptech startup), Rohan (engineer at a fintech startup with long implementations and at an SAP code migration startup), and Ric (banker at RBC and enterprise sales at Palantir).
