Boom builds the AI employee for e-commerce — an agent that manages every customer interaction across WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and web chat. It answers product questions, supports customers with orders, follows up on abandoned checkouts, restocks, and repeat purchases, and even runs marketing campaigns. Brands simply connect Boom to their store, and their AI agent instantly starts selling, supporting, and following up like a real team member — no setup or flow-building required. E-commerce is a $6T market where brands spend heavily to bring customers in, only to lose over 99% of them before checkout. Boom fixes that by turning every missed conversation into a sales opportunity. Our clients increase conversion rates and deliver a concierge-like buying experience at scale. We believe that in the near future, every online store will have AI employees managing sales and customer relationships — and Boom is building the platform that makes that possible.

Juan CasianCEO & Co-founder

I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Boom, where we’re building the AI employee layer for e-commerce: virtual agents that help brands close more sales by automating customer interactions. Before this, I dropped out of college to build Atrato (YC W21), one of Latin America’s leading Buy Now Pay Later companies, which I scaled from 0 to ~$20M in annualized revenue before it was acquired. I started as CTO and became CEO, which made learn how to sell, lead, and scale.

Sergio GarciaFounder

I’m the Co-Founder and CPO at Boom, where I lead product and turn complex tech into simple, delightful experiences. Before Boom, I was CTO at Atrato (YC W21), scaling one of Latin America’s top BNPL platforms from the ground up. I studied Mechatronics Engineer at ITESM, grew from a self-taught programmer into CTO, and stay driven by building products people love. Former third-division soccer player, now a marathon runner.

Jose ToscanoCTO & Co-Founder

I’m the Co-Founder and CTO of Boom, where I lead our AI efforts and tackle the hardest technical problems behind the product. Before Boom, I was the first engineer at Atrato (YC W21), helping scale a BNPL platform that processed millions in loan applications each month. I hold a double major in Mechatronics (ITESM) and Automation (Hochschule Esslingen). I focus on practical AI that drives business results. I also do hackathons for fun and have won six recently. Outside work I code side projects
